iFilm English TV to air finale for ‘If My Dad Were Alive’

iFilm English TV Channel has set to air the final episode of the series ‘If My Dad Were Alive’ on Thursday night.

The final episode for the series, produced by Mohammad Rezaei and directed by Homayoun Asadian, will be aired on April 14, 2022.

“Teymour has been in prison for two years. Now he is being released and is hoping to go back to his wife and settle down, but all hell breaks loose when he finds out that his mother married someone else during his absence and has given birth to a baby,” the synopsis to Asadian’s series reads.

Notable in the series cast list are Siamak Ansari, Ashkan Khatibi, Parviz Fallahipour, Mehraneh Mahin-Torabi, the late Mohsen Qazi-Moradi, and Nader Soleymani.

‘If My Dad Were Alive’, produced in 2004, will be replaced by ‘Family Restaurant’ made by Hossein Soheilizadeh.
